Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over - saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, "happy accidents," and alternative film processing are often considered part of the "Lomographic Technique."
Users are encouraged to take a lighthearted approach to their photography, and use these techniques to document everyday life.
Some of the brands marketed are Lomo LC-A, Diana, Holga, Holga 35mm, Fisheye, Fisheye2.
Most Lomographic cameras are designed to produce a single photographic effect. For example, the Lomography Fisheye camera features a built-in wide angle lens, and shoots fisheye-distorted photos. Its' light weight also makes it possible for people to bring it along wherever they go and to capture random moments of their lives to be documented in personal scrapbooks or on blogs/personal websites. It is a light-hearted form of photography as compared to professional photography per say, which appeals to people of all ages who are just looking for some much deserved fun!
"Following the 10 golden rules of Lomography, lomographers shoot as many impossible pictures as possible in the most impossible of situations from the most impossible of positions. These lomographs are put together to make up vast walls of pictures with tens of thousands of images shot by what are often hundreds of individual lomographers, and then exhibited all over the world."

Pictures by Me.
Cross-processing, is a technique of developing one type of film in other chemicals. Films used for such results are slide films or positive films. Cross Process usually results in wild and unpredictable results - colour shifts, high contrast, and other such loveliness. It can add a further level of interest to your images when it compliments your subject matter.
Colour Flash

Simply adjust the filters for your colour flash and snap away!
Fish Eye

Simply attach the fisheye and take lovely pictures!
Fish-eye lenses enable photographers to photograph a distorted 180-degree perspective, offering them a fish eye feel in their pictures.
Long Exposure

Long exposures can often create very dramatic effects in photography. Use a longer than normal exposure to create the impact of your image.
Double Exposure

One of the best things about Holgas is the way the shutter release is independent from the winding mechanism. To do a double exposure, take your first picture, then take another of a different subject before manually winding the film forward.
Multi-exposures work best with simple, contrasting subjects. Try to avoid bright or white light as the risk of over-exposure is greater.
Panorama

There are various ways of producing panoramas, but most involve taking a picture then winding on just enough to let the images overlap.
With the holga panorama adapter, you will get the sprocket effect seen.
Note: All pictures seen here are all taken in best conditions. Practice and practice some more to create your own fabulous pictures!
